Does your bookkeeping practice have any jobs available? Unfortunately, not at this time. We are a small, family-owned business with a low turnover rate.
Are you a temporary agency? Not exactly. We do work on an as-needed basis, but we don't send employees to your office, nor do we charge by the hour. We work from our own office, using equipment that we've purchased and maintained. Therefore, we're much more cost effective than hiring a temporary employee.
How can you do bookkeeping from a remote location? Actually, it's much easier than many people think. We use email, fax, and secure Internet connections to transfer work back and forth between us and our clients. We also use Swizznet to securely allow 24/7 access to bookkeeping data, for both our clients and their accountants (optional). All our methods of exchanging work with clients include steps to secure sensitive information from prying eyes.
How does Swizznet work? Will my data be secure? Yes, your data will be secure. Swizznet uses the same technologies used in online banking to secure client data. For more information on how Swizznet works, please visit our page about Swizznet for more information. However, if you're still not convinced, you are not required to use Swizznet. Please note, however, that this will not reduce your bookkeeping fees. We don't charge clients for the use of Swizznet.
Do you work weekends? Not unless you're a great client who has a true emergency.

Can you come to my office? Unfortunately, no. Coming to your office means we have to leave our office, which minimizes our ability to juggle multiple projects for multiple clients. We have a strong track record of success in completing projects in our office instead of yours.
Does your practice you use any other accounting software besides QuickBooks? Not at this time. All our staff members are either QuickBooks ProAdvisors or QuickBooks Certified Users. We receive the most demand for QuickBooks.
Do you perform the _____ bookkeeping function? Yes, we are experienced in all types of bookkeeping functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and preparation of financial statements.
Why don't you have a local phone number? We serve clients in nine states (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia). Therefore, we find it's easier to just give everyone - even local clients - our toll-free number. It's simpler to do this, and it doesn't cost us any extra money. Our telephone services are provided by Ring Central, which uses Find Me Follow Me technology to make it easier for our clients to locate us.
