We use QuickBooks to provide these services to our clients, and we also use Swizznet to give both you and your accountant secure, online access to your QuickBooks data 24/7 (optional). For most clients, the biggest consideration when hiring a public bookkeeper is price. The two tables below explain how we formulated our hourly rate.

We assume ALL the costs listed above, AND provide additional services.
Therefore, our hourly rate is higher.

But if you're not in my office, you can't answer my phones! Why would you want to pay someone $22.35* an hour just to answer your phones? Hire a receptionist at a lower hourly rate, or use a service such as Ring Central to answer your phones. Then hire us to do your bookkeeping. In addition to saving money on all the costs of hiring employees, your QuickBooks data is accessible to both you and your accountant 24/7, and you get valuable discounts on QuickBooks Products and Services.
